Where we began

Cherry Properties was established in 2007, and in our first year alone we completed a huge renovation project – restoring the family-owned Eildon mansion in Grey Street, St Kilda, Melbourne.  From top to toe, the property was painstakingly renovated including bathrooms and kitchen.

With over 25 years’ experience now in the building and restoration industry, our passion to continue this work continues to grow.  Hundreds of bathroom renovations, kitchen renovations and outdoor decks later, we’re confident that we produce a superior product for our customers.

In 2020, Cherry Properties began trading as Cherry Building and Construction Services. Different name, same great service!
